Weird shit.
So I completely forgot who the Offspring were, I knew their voices sounded familiar, but I was like hey I’ll listen to some more Offspring Pandora anyway..
I just saw the cover of their album Americana…. it’s burned into my memory. When I was really little I remember my brother having an Offspring cd from Tower Records, and I used to sit and stare at the cover of the album. I would look at it, study it, whatever I did that with everything I was a weird kid. I listened to their whole album, and loved them when I was little. I can’t believe I completely forgot about it all.
I’m looking at it now and I’m feeling/remembering everything from that time, it’s the strangest thing.
I hail from district 15 in the Home Depot Games. When you are drawn from the lottery to work the closing shift, prepare yourself for the upmost ultimate battle to the death….. the Depot Games…
Someone is selected from each department, and once the floors are swept, the security pedestals have been deactivated, and the automatic doors are locked, let the games begin. You may choose your weapon from somewhere within your own department, mind you, and begin your strategy in the struggle for survival.
I’ve honestly never read the Hunger Games, but I’d read them if they were based of the Home Depot Games.
